A combination of yoga and pilates; Mom & Baby yoga is the perfect class to nurture your mind, body, and soul post pregnancy. You will learn safe and effective yoga poses that will build your core strength, stretch and lengthen your body, and relax your mind. The last 15 minutes of class is a calming meditation and relaxation component.

Mom & Baby Yoga is a baby-friendly class where you can bring your little one, incorporate them into your yoga poses, and meet other like-minded mom's! Suitable for moms with babies 6 weeks to mobile (crawling) stage.
